Representative Wool moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                        
withdraw the following:                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
      HOUSE BILL NO. 367                                                                                                        
      "An Act prohibiting an insurer from using a consumer's credit                                                             
      history in underwriting, rating, or determining premiums or                                                               
      eligibility for insurance coverage."                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, HB 367 was withdrawn.
